Its mechanical strength is higher among all oxide-based ceramics, its thermal conductivity is large, its thermal shock resistance With strong ability, it can be used to manufacture spark plug insulators, insulating parts of ultra-high-frequency high-power electric vacuum devices, electronic tubes rectifier casings, integrated circuit substrates, etc.

The structural parts of piezoelectric ceramics are mostly white, but the ceramic materials will turn into goose yellow when exposed to sunlight. There are two reasons for the discoloration of white alumina ceramics. One possibility is that the alumina ceramics deliquescence, which produces hydrated alumina. Another possibility is that some components in alumina ceramics have changed in a high temperature environment. For example, titanium oxide is an oxide that changes color after high temperature, this change process is irreversible. In summary, the discoloration of alumina ceramics is the result of materials being oxidized. In addition to ceramics, other materials also have this characteristic. This phenomenon is generally difficult to avoid.

Ingredients for piezoelectric ceramics: pre-process the material to remove impurities moisture, then weigh various raw materials according to the formula ratio, paying attention to a small amount of additives to be placed in the middle of the large material.

Piezoelectric ceramics are mixed ground: the purpose is to mix grind various raw materials to prepare conditions for complete solid-phase reaction for pre-sintering. Generally, dry grinding wet grinding is adopted. Dry milling can be adopted for small batches, agitating ball milling jet milling can be adopted for large batches, which has higher efficiency.
