With its 65kHz operating frequency, 7kHz bandwidth (-6dB), and narrow 13° beam angle, the DC-SG-65KHz provides a highly accurate and reliable ultrasonic sensing solution for high-pressure, high-humidity scenarios such as oil & gas and chemical processes. It is particularly well-suited for high-pressure industrial flowmeters, pipeline gas flow monitoring, and liquid level detection systems.

5. Usage and Warranty Instructions

●Paired Use: Recommended to order in pairs (transmitter + receiver). Factory sensitivity pairing ensures transit time measurement accuracy.

●Installation and Sealing: Ensure proper sealing between the threaded flange and pipeline interface during installation to prevent high-pressure leakage. The cable outlet should be protected against water and dust ingress.

●Temperature Shock Caution: Although the operating temperature range is wide, when experiencing rapid temperature changes (e.g., quick cooling from 280°C), gradual transition is recommended to prevent thermal stress damage.
